1. Introduction

Welcome to StringScales, an online platform owned and operated by Indicode BV, a company registered in Belgium. By accessing or using StringScales, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indicode BV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), or losses arising out of or in connection with:

13. Force Majeure

StringScales shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental or regulatory actions, labor disputes, power outages, cyber-attacks, technical failures, or interruptions to internet services. This includes any unforeseen events or circumstances that prevent StringScales from fulfilling its obligations despite reasonable efforts to do so.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
  • Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes through amicable means or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms before resorting to court proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures or restrictions imposed on the platform.
